A graduate of PTC, she earned a degree in Medical Office Management along with Billing and Coding, giving her a strong foundation in both clinical care and medical front office operations. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and four children, reading, and watching sports — especially football, which is her favorite.
