We understand many patients have questions about why pricing changes as doses increase, and we always want to be transparent about it.
Both Semaglutide and Tirzepatide treatment plans are customized to each patient and are typically started at lower doses before gradually increasing over time. This slow increase helps your body adjust comfortably, minimizes side effects, and improves long-term success with weight loss.
As the dose increases, more medication is required, along with larger vial sizes, additional supplies, pharmacy preparation, refrigerated overnight shipping, and continued provider monitoring to make sure your treatment stays safe and effective. Because of this, pricing increases gradually with higher doses.
Our pricing is designed to be all-inclusive, so it covers:
We are committed to making the process as simple, supportive, and effective as possible while helping each patient achieve healthy and sustainable results.
The starting doses of Semaglutide and Tirzepatide are designed mainly to help your body adjust to the medication comfortably and safely. While some patients do very well on lower doses, many eventually need a higher dose over time to continue seeing steady weight loss results and appetite control.
Weight loss treatment is very individualized. Some patients are more sensitive to the medication and may stay on lower doses longer, while others may require gradual increases to help overcome plateaus and maintain progress. Our providers carefully adjust dosing based on your response, goals, side effects, and overall treatment success — not just a "one-size-fits-all" approach.
Our goal is always to keep patients on the lowest effective dose while still helping them achieve safe, healthy, and sustainable results.
Everyone's body responds differently to Semaglutide and Tirzepatide. Some patients do great on lower doses for a long time, while others may notice their weight loss slowing down or their hunger coming back after a while. When that happens, the provider may slowly increase the dose to help keep the medication working effectively.
The good news is that dose increases are done gradually and carefully to help your body adjust comfortably while continuing to support your weight loss goals. Our team always tries to keep patients on the lowest dose that works well for them.
Not at all. Higher doses are a normal part of treatment for many patients and simply mean your body may need a little more medication to continue getting the same appetite control and weight loss benefits.
Your dose is increased slowly and carefully over time to help minimize side effects and keep the process safe and comfortable. Some patients stay on low doses, while others do better on higher doses — every patient is different, and our providers tailor the treatment plan to what works best for you.
We understand why some patients ask this, especially if they feel they typically need stronger medications to see results. However, Semaglutide and Tirzepatide must still be started carefully and gradually for safety reasons.
Starting too high too quickly can significantly increase the risk of nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, dehydration, and other uncomfortable side effects. Even patients who are "resistant" to other medications can still respond very strongly to these treatments.
Our providers may adjust your treatment plan differently based on your history and goals, but we still focus on increasing doses safely and steadily to help your body tolerate the medication comfortably while achieving the best long-term results.
Not necessarily. Increasing the dose too quickly does not always mean faster or better weight loss. In fact, moving up too fast can sometimes lead to stronger side effects that make it harder to stay consistent with treatment.
The best results usually happen when the medication is increased gradually, giving your body time to adjust comfortably while building healthy and sustainable habits along the way.
If a patient is losing weight consistently, feeling good, and controlling their appetite well, there may not be a reason to increase the dose right away. Many patients continue doing very well on lower or mid-range doses for long periods of time.
Our providers adjust dosing based on how your body responds — not just by automatically increasing everyone to the highest dose. The goal is to find the dose that works best for you while keeping treatment effective and comfortable.
Every patient's body reacts differently to Semaglutide and Tirzepatide. Some people have little to no side effects, while others may experience nausea, bloating, constipation, fatigue, or decreased appetite more strongly during the adjustment period.
This is one reason why doses are increased gradually and individualized for each patient. Our goal is always to help patients lose weight safely while keeping side effects as manageable as possible.
It's important to take your medication consistently as instructed for the best results. Frequently skipping doses or stopping and restarting can increase side effects and make the medication less effective for appetite control and weight loss.
If you miss doses or take a break from treatment, your provider may need to restart you at a lower dose again to help your body readjust safely.
Semaglutide and Tirzepatide are powerful tools to help reduce hunger and support weight loss, but healthy habits still play a huge role in long-term success. Patients who focus on protein intake, hydration, movement, sleep, and healthier food choices often see the best and most sustainable results.
The medication is meant to work together with lifestyle changes — not replace them completely.
Your medication ships in insulated packaging with a cold (gel/ice) pack to keep it cool in transit. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days — the pharmacy ships Monday–Thursday with a 1 pm EST cutoff.
When your package arrives, refrigerate the medication promptly.
A partially or fully thawed cold pack on delivery is common and does not by itself mean the medication has been affected.
If the package was significantly delayed or exposed to extreme heat or cold, or you're unsure, don't use it — contact us first and we'll help you decide next steps.
Keep it refrigerated until use unless your provider tells you otherwise. Do not freeze it.
Store it in the main body of the refrigerator, not the door — door temperatures swing more as the fridge is opened and closed.
Try to have someone available to bring the package inside and refrigerate it promptly, especially in extreme weather.
We can't ship to PO Boxes. If home delivery isn't workable, we can ship your medication to your clinic for pickup instead — just let us know.
If you've received your compounded GLP-1 medication from the pharmacy and noticed that the ice pack inside the package has melted, you're not alone. This is one of the most common questions patients ask—and fortunately, in most cases, the answer is yes, your medication is still safe to use.
Compounded GLP-1 medications are shipped with ice packs to help maintain a cooler temperature during transit. However, the ice pack is not expected to remain frozen throughout the entire shipping process. In fact, it is completely normal for an ice pack to arrive partially or fully melted.
Compounded GLP-1 medications are formulated to remain stable during normal shipping conditions and can tolerate room-temperature exposure for a limited period of time. Shipping methods are designed with this stability in mind.
A melted ice pack does not mean your medication has been compromised.
As long as:
your GLP-1 medication should remain safe and effective for use.
Refrigerated Storage (Recommended)
Store your medication between 36°F and 46°F (2°C–8°C).
Room Temperature Storage
Many compounded GLP-1 medications may remain stable at room temperature for a limited period, often up to 28 days. Always follow the storage instructions provided with your specific medication.
Avoid Extreme Temperatures
Do not freeze. Do not leave it in a hot vehicle. Avoid direct sunlight and excessive heat.
While melted ice packs are expected and generally not a cause for concern, contact your pharmacy if:
Seeing a melted ice pack can be concerning, but it is usually a normal part of the shipping process. Compounded GLP-1 medications are designed to withstand routine transit conditions. If your medication arrived on time, looks normal, and is refrigerated promptly upon receipt, it is generally safe to use.
Simply place it in the refrigerator and continue your treatment as directed with confidence.
Tracking will be sent to you ONLY IF you are registered with FedEx to get notifications.

A 5mL or less volume of medication is not a significant amount and depending on the vial size the pharmacy chooses for protocol on fulfillment, this can make your medication appear to be a tiny amount.
A 1mL, 2mL, 3mL, or 4mL amount of medication are usually put into a 5mL size vial at the pharmacies. A 5mL vial of Tirzepatide will be in a 10mL vial size. Pharmacies cannot overfill a vial to be near the rubber seal or the product will leak out and prevent the seal to properly intact to the vial and seal that makes your medication sterile.
Rest assured our pharmacy partners overfill by 0.02mL or more so you are not short on your dosing protocol. YOU WILL have enough medication in each vial to complete your monthly shots.

Generally, it is up to the physician on staff to evaluate what is the best option for you based on what you want. We require your BMI to be 24 or above to use phentermine for weight loss. The reason being phentermine is used to treat obesity, and if you are not obese or have a high body fat percentage, then you will not be a good candidate to use phentermine. Again, these criteria are based on the physician's discretion. For instance, if you come in with a BMI of 31 and have only 13% body fat, the physician will not prescribe phentermine since you are NOT obese. You have to be generally in good health to use phentermine. For instance, you have to have a healthy heart (no previous diagnosis of heart attack, coronary heart disease, valvular heart defects, congestive heart failure) and no previous history or recurrent seizures such as epilepsy, or have a history of previous strokes. You can have diabetes, high blood pressure, or high cholesterol and use phentermine for weight loss to manage these conditions. In fact, we have had many clients who participate in our program and lost enough weight to where are no longer required to take many of their diabetic medications (metformin, insulin, etc.), high blood pressure medications, or high cholesterol medications as a result of losing weight and improving their health.
The answer lies in your motivation. The more you are motivated to get healthier and feel better, the faster you will lose that 50 lb that's dragging you down. There is such a thing as losing too much weight too fast, and for that reason, we typically recommend at least 800 calories depending on your body weight, with a macronutrient ratio of 40-50% protein: 30-40% fat, 10-30% carb.
