A subcutaneous injection series that supports cellular energy production, recovery, and healthy aging — provider-supervised, no contracts.
NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a molecule found naturally in every cell of your body. It helps your cells produce energy, support cellular repair, and maintain healthy function. NAD+ levels naturally decline with age. Supporting your NAD+ levels may help promote healthy aging, energy production, cellular health, and overall wellness.
NAD+ is given as a small injection just beneath the skin, two to three times a week — not as a single weekly dose. Your provider sets the schedule with you. After several months of therapy, you and your provider can discuss whether to continue on the same schedule or adjust it, based on your goals and how you have responded to treatment.
Your medication should be kept in the refrigerator. All supplies you need — sharps container, alcohol pads, and syringes — are provided.
NAD+ can be used alongside our other programs, including our weekly peptide injections, oral diet medications, and vitamin injections. Your provider will review your medical history, current medications, and goals to determine whether NAD+ is appropriate for you. Provider visits are always free.
NAD+ can be prescribed at an in-person visit or through a telehealth appointment. If you start NAD+ by telehealth, you will need to be seen in person within 6 months, and once a year after that, to stay eligible for telehealth visits.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. The FDA does not review compounded medications for safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are dispensed or used. NAD+ is not FDA-approved for the wellness or age-management uses described in this program. Individual responses to treatment may vary. Treatment recommendations are individualized and should be followed only as directed by your healthcare provider.
Individual results vary. NAD+ therapy complements — not replaces — a healthy diet, exercise, and routine medical care. Consult your provider to determine eligibility.
