Where you start, where you go

Most patients begin at Phase 1 or 2 for the initial escalation period, then progress based on response, side-effect tolerance, and weight-loss goals. Some patients stay at mid-range doses long-term; others titrate through to Phase 8. Your provider decides — and pricing stays the same.

What you should know

14-day rule

If you miss 14 consecutive days without an injection, you will need to restart at the starting dose.

Mail-to-home delivery

Medication is ordered and sent to your home address, 5–7 business days. No PO Boxes. Can ship to clinic for pickup if home delivery isn't possible.

Contraindication

Patients with a history or diagnosis of medullary thyroid cancer or multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN II) are not eligible to receive Semaglutide or Tirzepatide.
