Compounded tirzepatide — the first dual GIP/GLP-1 receptor co-agonist for weight management. Dose-titrated weekly through up to 7 dose configurations.
Treatment proceeds through up to 7 dose configurations. Your provider determines your starting point and titration pace. Pricing scales with dose, vial size, and supply duration.
Higher Tirzepatide doses require larger vials, additional supplies, and additional pharmacy preparation. Your Service Fee covers the actual cost of medication for each phase — plus the same provider visits, follow-up care, supplies, and refrigerated home shipping at every dose. Some patients stay at mid-range doses long-term; others titrate through to Phase 7. Your provider determines what's right for you.
If you miss 14 consecutive days without an injection, you will need to restart at the starting dose.

When your package arrives, refrigerate the medication promptly and keep it refrigerated until use unless your provider tells you otherwise. Don't freeze it. A partially thawed cold pack on delivery is normal and does not by itself mean the medication has been affected.
If a package was significantly delayed or exposed to extreme temperatures, or you're unsure whether your medication is still good, don't use it — contact us first and we'll help.
If you've received your compounded GLP-1 medication from the pharmacy and noticed that the ice pack inside the package has melted, you're not alone. This is one of the most common questions patients ask—and fortunately, in most cases, the answer is yes, your medication is still safe to use.
Compounded GLP-1 medications are shipped with ice packs to help maintain a cooler temperature during transit. However, the ice pack is not expected to remain frozen throughout the entire shipping process. In fact, it is completely normal for an ice pack to arrive partially or fully melted.
Compounded GLP-1 medications are formulated to remain stable during normal shipping conditions and can tolerate room-temperature exposure for a limited period of time. Shipping methods are designed with this stability in mind.
A melted ice pack does not mean your medication has been compromised.

If your medication arrived on time, looks normal, and is refrigerated promptly upon receipt, it is generally safe to use.
Simply place it in the refrigerator and continue your treatment as directed with confidence.

Benefits:A 5mL or less volume of medication is not a significant amount and depending on the vial size the pharmacy chooses for protocol on fulfillment, this can make your medication appear to be a tiny amount.
A 1mL, 2mL, 3mL, or 4mL amount of medication are usually put into a 5mL size vial at the pharmacies. A 5mL vial of Tirzepatide will be in a 10mL vial size. Pharmacies cannot overfill a vial to be near the rubber seal or the product will leak out and prevent the seal to properly intact to the vial and seal that makes your medication sterile.
Rest assured our pharmacy partners overfill by 0.02mL or more so you are not short on your dosing protocol. YOU WILL have enough medication in each vial to complete your monthly shots.
