BUDDY PROGRAM
This program is valid when two people come in together (new or current patients), each person gets $10.00 off of their medications and a free B12 injection.
REFERRALS
When a friend/family member comes in for a month of weight loss services and fills out a referral card with your name on the card, you both will get $10 off of your next visit plus a complimentary B12 injection.
GOOGLE REVIEW
If you give us a Google review, you will receive a FREE Elevation Medical Weight Loss t-shirt.
FACEBOOK REVIEW
If you give a facebook review, we give $3.00 to the charity we are promoting at that time.
BIRTHDAY GIFT
If you are a current patient and gave us a working email, we will send you a coupon for $10.00 plus a free B12 injection on your birth month.
There are many ways that you can receive an incentive from us . Please note that incentives cannot be combined for the same visit. In order to receive referral credits, your friend must fill out a referral card, just ask us for a few or grab them at the reception desk. We will see you soon!
