Ashley grew up in a small town in the northern panhandle of West Virginia. She is the youngest of three children. Ashley has always loved spending time with her family. She enjoys spending the summer at her family’s pool making memories. Ashley and her husband have been together for 17 years and have three amazing children.
Ashley started her career in the Medical field working for Healthways. She worked with adults with mental and physical disabilities. She fell in love with this job and worked for them for nearly 10 years. Although she loved her job she had a great opportunity arise which led her to a local eye doctor. Ashley worked for this Optometrist for 8 years as an Optometrist Assistant. There, she performed all the pre-testing on the patients before seeing the doctor. She was also trained there to run (OCT) test Optical Coherence Tomography. These tests create pictures of the back of your eye to help diagnose diseases such as retinopathy and glaucoma. Ashley loved her job but was given the opportunity of a lifetime that she couldn’t pass up.
Her journey with Elevation Weight Loss started in June 2019. She loves that she can work with individuals who are looking for help with their weight loss journey as she has struggled with hers all of her life. She has become extremely close with her patients and she looks forward to seeing their progress through their journey. She looks forward to the years to come with Elevation Medical.
