Amber graduated from The University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science and concentration in Clinical Dietetics & Nutrition in 2007. She continued her education at California University Pennsylvania for her BSN. Her nursing background includes progressive care, burn, urgent care, pediatric and neonatal rehabilitation, and critical care.
During the height of the pandemic, she decided to move herself and her family across the country to Long Beach, California to aid in the emergency response as a critical care travel nurse. She then completed her Master’s degree in Family Nurse Practitioner studies from the United States University of San Diego. Her graduation present was a new baby.
Amber is very rewarded at Elevation Medical Weight Loss. She has an organic way of connecting with her patients and their families. She works together with patients on a plan to become healthier while incorporating lifestyle modifications in a supportive space. Since obtaining certifications and training in aesthetics, Amber easily helps patients make EMWL their go-to for Botox services after one session!
You will find her playing sports and activities with her husband and two children, throwing big parties with family-style cooking and baking in a fireplace and brick oven, and traveling with friends and family on chaotic and fun trips. She plans on getting back into her artwork and learning wine-making next.
