I had some changes that happen in my life that cause my weight to be too much. I started my journey with Elevation Weight Loss on 5-20-18. In just 3 shorts weeks I have lost 11 pounds and many inches. I feel better and it’s changed a lot with my eating habits. I’m doing a low carb diet and drinking a ton of water. I would normally have the sweet craving every day and want a ton of carbs. This diet not only sheds inches and pounds but it taught me how to eat properly and not crave junk. My goal is to lose 25 more pounds to be happy. I hope to continue with healthy eating and working with Elevation Weight Loss. I can’t thank you all enough for helping me!
