We now offer Gift Certificates! You can purchase them at any one of our five clinics and they are good for 2 years after the date of purchase. It is a great way to give someone whom you know is interested, the gift of health. You can get these certificates for any amount.
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. Gift certificates are non-refundable. If the amount exceeds your total, you are responsible for the remainder of the balance. If the amount is less than your purchase, the balance will be taken off of your next purchase. Not valid unless gift certificate number is present and embossing is on the certificate. Gift certificates will be logged and accounted for by our office. You must show ID to redeem your gift certificate.
