Our anticipate opening date is June 1, 2016 at noon. You can stop by to obtain more information, receive B12 shots, and fill out new patient forms. Our first walk-in physician weight loss evaluation hours will be on Friday June 3, 2016 at 3-6 PM and Saturday June 4, 2016 at 10A-1P.
